The Rubens at the Palace London

London

Our beautifully restored historic hotel is cared for by a team who take genuine pride in delivering impeccable service and exceeding expectations at every turn.

Overlooking The Royal Mews of Buckingham Palace - the entrance used by the Royal family - The Rubens showcases exceptional dining journeys, and enriching and rewarding experiences, from the very first moment guests are greeted by our red-uniformed doormen.

The Rubens at the Palace offer 161 rooms, which entail beauty in every detail - rich, warm and filled with majestic silks, brocade and velvet, our bedrooms offer an elegantly regal experience.

They offer extraordinary experiences, exclusively curated with their
treasured local partners. The experiences go from the finest tours around London to a whiskey and sharing platter. If learning to cook is more your thing, we'd recommend a one-hour sushi cooking class with private chef Suren.

One of the world's most visited cities, London has something for everyone: from history and culture to fine food and good times.

Immersed in history, London's rich seams of eye-opening antiquity are everywhere. The city's buildings are striking milestones in a unique and beguiling biography, and a great many of them – the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben – are instantly recognisable landmarks.

A tireless innovator of art and culture, London is a city of ideas and the imagination. Londoners have always been fiercely independent thinkers (and critics), but until not so long ago people were suspicious of anything they considered avant-garde.

This city is deeply multicultural, with one in three Londoners foreign-born, representing 270 nationalities and 300 tongues. The UK may have voted for Brexit (although the majority of Londoners didn't), but for now London remains one of the world's most cosmopolitan cities, and diversity infuses daily life, food, music and fashion.

London is as much about wide-open vistas and leafy landscape escapes as it is high-density, sight-packed urban exploration. Central London is where the major museums, galleries and most iconic sights congregate, but visit Hampstead Heath or the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to flee the crowds and frolic in wide open green expanses.

Each of our Accommodation Partners has a distinct Health & Safety Policy in place which can be found below.  Please be advised, though, that this can differ from property to property.

Grantley Hall | Yorkshire

Grantley Hall strives to protect the health of our guests and team members alike. The hotel prioritizes your wellbeing and that of your families by implementing a number of initiatives that will lead to a clean and comfortable stay.

We request your adherence to any signage posted throughout the property and we appreciate your effort in helping us keep our Hotel clean and comfortable environment for all. On behalf of the Management & Team, we wish to thank you for choosing Grantley Hall and for helping to protect our guests and employees, as well as their extended networks.

HOW ARE WE WORKING TO KEEP YOU SAFE?

Taking care of you is what Grantley Hall is here for….. The health and well-being of guests and colleagues has always been at the forefront of decision making and, quite rightly, led to the closure of the hotel on Sunday 22nd March, less than a year after it had opened our doors for the very first time.

The Hotel are obviously monitoring government guidelines and advice very closely and will react accordingly should it be necessary.

There will be some changes to the way in which they operate in order to provide both you, the guests, and ther team members, with the confidence that they are doing everything they can to keep you safe and well during a visit to the hotel, to implement social distancing measures as far as possible and to highlight the additional cleansing, health and safety and protocols that they are putting in place for as long as required – whilst still providing the warm, friendly, five star service that is at the heart of their personality.

The list of new protocols being implemented across the hotel and restaurants is extensive. This is a living document which will continue to evolve and be updated to reflect ongoing government and medical advice, client feedback and industry best practice. We are all entering a new landscape in luxury travel and service and Grantley Hall are committed to going above and beyond for each and every one of our guests.

Protocols include, but are not limited to:

• Enhanced Cleanliness & Sanitisation

• Guest Bedroom Sanitisation

• Social Distancing

• Bars & Restaurants

• Spa & Wellness

• Communication

• Team Safety
